Exciting New Offering for Children ages 8 to 12 and Teens Voice Over Workshop
Saturday, May 3, 2008 ::: NEW DATE ADDED: Saturday, May 10, 2008 :::
10 to 1:00 - Children 8 to 12 - May 3 - CLOSED 1:30 to 4:30 - Teenagers - May 3 - 1 seat left
Cost: $125 Limited to 10 students in each workshop
Instructor: Scott Evans
Scott Evans has been a VO casting director and VO teacher at MLC and currently operates Sedona
Sound where he creates professional VO demos for Voiceover talent.
MikeLemonCasting is pleased to respond to the many requests for professional VO training for children
and teenagers. During this three hour workshop, each child/teen will be exposed to an overview of the VO industry and the place young people have in that industry. They will work with professional VO
copy and record in our VO sound studio. Since each workshop is limited to just 10 students, everyone will receive personal attention and direction.
Prerequisite: solid reading skills.
Optional extra: $50 for an MP3 of the recording the individual student makes in our professional studio during the workshop. These MP3's can be used as a mini VO demo when seeking work in
the VO industry.
Students with exceptional talent will be automatically placed in the MP3 VO file of our
VO casting director, Rob Holt. In the past year, Rob has cast teens and children in such VO spots as American Eagle Outfitters, Gutter Monster, and Nestle.
